Pickup areas and times
We pick you up at your hotel or rental in Cancún, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Akumal or Tulum, usually between 7:00 and 8:00 AM. We confirm the exact time the day before, based on where you are staying. If you are staying in Playa del Carmen or Tulum, the Tulum and Cobá tours mean the shortest time in the van.

What time is hotel pickup?
Usually between 7:00 and 8:00 AM, at your hotel in Cancún, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Akumal or Tulum. We confirm the exact time the day before, based on where you are staying.
Is a tour guide included?
Every tour includes a professional bilingual driver (English and Spanish). On the Chichén Itzá + cenote tours you can add a certified guide for the whole tour for +$115 USD per group; for the other tours, ask us on WhatsApp.
Can we change the plan during the day?
Yes. It is your own van: you can stay longer at a site, leave early, or ask for a stop for photos or food. Bigger changes, like adding a site, are best agreed with us before the tour.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour.
Can groups of 10 or more book a private tour?
Yes. For 10 people or more we send you a price on WhatsApp, and for big groups we coordinate more than one van.
