Please read the following terms before booking your service.

Transportation Terms and Conditions

These policies apply to both arrival and departure transfers, as well as shuttle, tour, and group services offered by TT & More.

1. Reservations

All reservations must be made in advance through our website, email, or official customer service channels. To confirm a reservation, full prepayment or a corresponding deposit is required depending on the contracted service.

The client is responsible for providing correct information, including:

  • Full name (guest or lead passenger)
  • Number of passengers
  • Flight number
  • Hotel or destination address
  • Service date and time

The company is not responsible for errors in the information provided by the client.

Children under 2 years old travel free and do not count toward the passenger total. Children ages 2 and older are counted as passengers.

2. Service Confirmation

Once the reservation is made and the corresponding payment is received, the client will receive a confirmation with the service details. We recommend carefully reviewing the information to avoid inconveniences on the day of the transfer.

3. Payment & Currency

All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD). Payment can be made via Stripe, PayPal, Mercado Pago, or cash in USD or MXN at the prevailing exchange rate on the day of service.

4. Airport Waiting Times

For airport arrival services, the driver will wait for the client up to 90 minutes after the flight landing time.

In case of delays in the immigration or luggage process, the client must contact our customer service team to keep the service active.

For departure services from a hotel or address, the driver will wait up to 10 minutes after the scheduled time.

5. Flight Delays & Monitoring

It is very important that you notify us of any changes to your flight. We monitor arrival flights to adjust the service time in case of delays. If the flight is delayed, the transfer will be automatically rescheduled at no additional cost, provided the client has correctly provided their flight number. If your flight info changes and we are not notified, we cannot guarantee on-time pickup.

6. Luggage & Lost Items

Standard luggage is included. Additional luggage, bulky items, or special equipment (e.g., surfboards, golf bags, bicycles, or large instruments) must be reported in advance to confirm space availability and assign the appropriate vehicle.

The company is not responsible for the loss, damage, or forgetting of personal items inside the vehicle. If we find a forgotten item in the vehicle, it will be kept for delivery coordination; in case of international shipping, a fee will be charged. The maximum storage time is 30 days.

7. Vehicle Types

Our fleet includes: Toyota Hiace, Nissan Urvan (up to 10 passengers), Toyota Sienna, and Toyota Highlander (up to 4 passengers with limited luggage). Vehicle assignment is based on group size and availability.

8. Additional Stops

Stops are allowed with prior notice. For a stop of up to 1 hour, our fee is $30 USD. Please inform us after making your reservation if you will need to make a stop.

9. Car Seats

We can provide car seats upon request. However, our staff is not authorized to install them; installation must be done by the client due to insurance regulations.

10. Pets

We are pet-friendly! We can transport domestic pets as long as they are in their carriers, and the carrier must fit within the vehicle.

11. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the service time will receive a refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the service are not eligible for a refund.
  • Date or time changes can be made at no additional cost at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  • Changes in service type or number of passengers will result in a service fee adjustment.

12. No Show

If the client does not show up at the agreed meeting point or it is not possible to establish contact within the established waiting time, the service will be considered a No Show, and no refunds will apply.

13. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used in the reservation and may take between 5 and 10 business days depending on the banking institution. A percentage no greater than 7% will be deducted on refunds due to banking issues outside the company's control.

14. Liability

TT & More provides fully insured transportation. We are committed to providing a safe and professional transportation service. However, our liability is limited to the transportation service contracted. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Traffic
  • Weather conditions
  • Accidents
  • Road closures
  • Delays in flights or airport processes

In such cases, all reasonable efforts will be made to fulfill the contracted service.

15. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must maintain respectful behavior inside the vehicle. The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate the service if the behavior of any passenger puts the safety of the driver, the vehicle, or other passengers at risk.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation with our company, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
