Yes, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability, especially during high season (Dec–April and July–August). Walk-up transfers at the airport can cost 3–4x the pre-booked rate and wait times are unpredictable.
Where do I meet my driver at Cancun Airport?
After you exit customs, walk past the vendor hallway and go outside to the designated pickup zone. Your driver holds a sign with your name. Arrival meet-and-greet is included at no extra charge. We monitor your flight so if it’s delayed, your driver waits at no charge for up to 90 minutes.
Can you accommodate child seats and large groups?
Yes. Child seats are available on request when booking — please specify ages in the booking form (see Additional Options for pricing). For groups up to 16 passengers we use a Toyota HiAce or Nissan Urvan van; for larger groups we coordinate multiple vans with simultaneous departures.
