Private shuttle, not a shared van
The word "shuttle" covers two very different things in Cancun. A shared shuttle sells you a seat: it waits until the van fills, then drops 5-8 other groups before yours. A private shuttle sells you the vehicle: it leaves when you land and goes straight to your hotel.
The gap is biggest on the shortest route. To the Hotel Zone a shared van takes 60-90 minutes against about 25 minutes private — an hour of your first day, to save a modest amount per seat.
What every shuttle includes
Meet-and-greet inside the arrivals hall, flight monitoring, luggage space, bottled water, a bilingual driver, and door-to-door drop-off. Car seats are available free on request — just tell us the child's age when booking.
There is no airport surcharge, no late-night surcharge and no fee if your flight is delayed. Gratuity and any extra stop are the only things outside the quoted price, and extra stops are quoted up front if you ask when booking.
